The Conflict
I think that there are two main conflict in the book: Individual vs. Individual and Individual vs. Self.
Individual vs. Individual
I think that one of the conflicts is individual vs. individual because Clifford Nance and Jack Hogan are continually fighting against each other and saying things back and forth. I also think that another example is that the Boone family, Bobby, Theo's classmate's cousin, and the Judge are against Pete Duffy and Clifford Nance because they know that the Pete Duffy is guilty and they have to prove it so the jury vote that Pete Duffy is guilty.
Individual vs. Self
I think that the other conflict is individual vs. self because in the story Theo Boone is the only person who knows the answer to the trial first. Hence, he had to choose what he is going to do with the evidence and how to express it. This shows that Theo Boone had to fight against himself because he has to make the right choice.
